What SkillDocs is

Collaborative markdown documents for teams. You sign in with Google; everyone on your company's email domain shares a workspace.

What we store

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture URL. Nothing else from your Google account — no Drive, no Gmail, no contacts.
• What you create: documents, comments, and version history, stored in our cloud storage (Vercel), scoped to your workspace.
• GitHub tokens you connect are stored server-side, used only to read (or, where you grant it, write) the repositories you point them at, and are never shown back to anyone.
• Product analytics: lightweight usage events (page views, docs created, features used) tied to your workspace and account, used solely to improve the product.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
• No ads, no trackers beyond our own first-party events.
• No training AI models on your documents.

Access

Documents are visible to members of your workspace. A document explicitly marked open is readable and editable by anyone who has its link. Nothing is publicly listed.
